Where can I buy Lindsi Lane?

Lindsi Lane is sold exclusively at Lindsilane.com. Be the first to know about new collections, restocks, and more by signing up for emails.

When will you restock?

Each collection is excusive and one of a kind. In the event that an item does come back, please navigate to a product and click “Notify Me” for the desired item to be one of the first notified when it is back in stock.

Where can I find my size & fit advice?

You can click on "view size guide" next to the product on any item's page to view detailed size information, as well as a size conversion chart.

Can I make a change to my order once it’s placed?

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed.

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow up to 10 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 5 business days for U.S. packages and 10 days for international packages to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

My package is missing. Can you help?

Please contact us at here if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

Where is my return?

Once your return item/s have reached our warehouse, you will be notified if your return has been accepted or declined along with further instructions. If your return is approved, please allow for 7 business days to receive your refund. 

 

How do I care for the clothing?

Each item has care-instructions on it’s label to keep them looking fresh and fabulous forever. 

Can you help with a damaged item?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to customerservice@lindsilane.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of the return window cannot be returned or refunded.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept , American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Paypal, Shop Pay, Venmo, Elo, Diners Club, and JCB. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.

Is your packaging biodegradable?

Yes, we use compostable, eco-friendly bags. 

Where are the clothes made?

The Lindsi Lane brand is made ethically and sweatshop free in Los Angeles, California.
